Terms and Conditions

Applicable to all services, products, coaching programs and webshop purchases provided by Robin Alicia.

1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Robin Alicia / we / us: the coach, trainer, and provider of services and products.
• Client: the individual or organization using our services or purchasing our products.
• Services: coaching, training, guest speaking, advice, and guidance.
• Products: all digital and physical products sold via the website or webshop, such as e-books, online courses, printed workbooks, or other materials.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to:

• the use of Robin Alicia’s website;
• the purchase of physical and digital products via the webshop;
• the booking of coaching programs;
• the participation in training courses;
• the hiring of Robin Alicia for guest speaking or other services.

By using our services and/or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Coaching Programs and Services
Description: Robin Alicia offers personal coaching programs as a sexuality coach. Sessions can take place online, by phone, or face-to-face. Coaching programs consist of multiple sessions spread over a predetermined period.

Formation of the Agreement:
An agreement is formed when the client books a coaching program and payment is received. A confirmation will be sent via email.

Payment:

• Full payment must be made in advance, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
• The program will only be scheduled and the first session confirmed after payment is received.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers):

• The client has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge within 14 days of payment, as long as the program has not yet started.
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email.
• If the client has explicitly agreed to begin the program within the 14-day withdrawal period, the right of cancellation is waived. In that case, a proportional amount may be withheld based on sessions already delivered or preparations already made.

Cancellation of the Full Program After Payment:

• Cancellation within 14 days of payment (and before the program starts): full refund.
• Cancellation after 14 days or after the program has started: no refund.
• In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies), a partial refund or program pause may be discussed at the sole discretion of Robin Alicia.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Individual Sessions:

• Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will be considered as completed sessions.
• A maximum of 2 reschedules per program is allowed, unless otherwise agreed.

Duration and Termination of the Agreement:

• The agreement is valid for the agreed program duration (e.g., 6, 12, or 18 weeks).
• The agreement is considered completed once the program is finished or a reasonable number of sessions has taken place within the agreed period.
• No refund is issued for early termination by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
• Robin Alicia reserves the right to terminate the program early in exceptional cases. In such instances, the remaining balance may be refunded proportionally, unless due to force majeure or misuse.

Liability: 
Robin Alicia provides professional guidance but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Robin Alicia is not liable for indirect damages, unless in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Duty of Care: 
Robin Alicia is committed to delivering services with care and professionalism, aligned with her area of expertise. Information about methods, pricing, and content is clearly communicated in advance.

4. Products & Webshop
4.1 Orders and Payment:

• Orders placed via the webshop are only processed after full payment is received.
• All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify products, prices, and availability at any time.

4.2 Delivery of Physical Products:

• Physical products are shipped within the indicated delivery time.
• If a product is temporarily out of stock, the client will be informed.
• Robin Alicia is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.

4.3 Digital Products: 

• Digital products are delivered via direct download or email.
• By accessing, downloading, or streaming the digital product, the right of withdrawal is waived—provided the client consented to this at the time of purchase.

4.4 Right of Withdrawal for Webshop Purchases:

• A 14-day withdrawal period applies for physical products, starting from the day of receipt.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
• Once the returned product is received, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires upon delivery if the client consented to immediate access.

4.5 Webshop Liability:

• We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the product.
• Complaints about defective or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

5. Intellectual Property: 
All materials (including but not limited to workbooks, session content, videos, and e-books) are and remain the intellectual property of Robin Alicia. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

6. Complaints and Disputes
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us via connect@robinalicia.com. We aim to respond and offer a suitable solution within 7 working days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be handled by an independent mediator or the competent court.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Robin Alicia is registered.
